Can I gift it without it affecting any of my benefits?

I own approximately ten acres of land. I am now unable to maintain it due to ill health. Can I gift it to my children? Will this affect any benefits?

It seems to me that you could be referring to the 'deprivation of assets' rules, where someone gives away assets that could affect their entitlement to benefits. I would advise you to look at https://www.ageuk.org.uk/globalassets/age-uk/documents/factsheets/fs40_deprivation_of_assets_in_social_care_fcs.pdf for guidance, because the rules are not simple.
